Shopping online is fun and easy! Simply click on the product category of the product for which you are looking. Look for the items you want and order them by clicking your mouse on the item, selecting any options for that item, and clicking the Add to Basket button. Fill your shopping cart with as many products as you like and follow the step-by-step instructions to check out. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards. Checks are accepted for mail orders only.

We will acknowledge all orders by email. A follow-up email will be sent once your order is shipped.
Payment
For internet, phone, fax, or mail orders we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Pampo’s online gift certificates can be redeemed for internet orders only. Pampo's store gift certificates can be redeemed for in-store purchases only. Checks are accepted for mail orders and in-store purchases only.
Credit card payments are not processed until an order is ready to be shipped. If a partial order is being shipped, only the shipped merchandise total and partial shipping are charged. Merchandise that is not in stock is not charged until it is in-stock and ready to ship.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Merchandise must be returned in its new and original condition with the original packaging. Please include a copy of your order to insure accuracy with your return. If you are making an exchange, please clearly indicate on the order copy the new item(s) that you need. Due to health reasons, dance belts cannot be returned, and tights may only be returned if the package is unopened with the original seal still intact. Swim wear is a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. In most cases, special orders cannot be returned. If a special order is returned, a restocking fee will be assessed. There are no refunds on shipping charges. Additional shipping along with additional merchandise costs will be applied to all exchanges. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Shipping Information
Complete orders will be shipped within one business day of the order date. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped. If an order is not complete, the partial order will be shipped. The balance of the order will be sent as soon as possible. We will notify you by email if any of your items are on backorder and provide you with the estimated date of shipping. We will do everything possible to ship your merchandise in a timely manner. If you are unable to wait for an item on backorder, please contact us by phone (1-866-66-DANCE) or email info@pampos.com. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or damaged during the shipping process. Please contact the shipping provider for any questions regarding these situations.
Under most circumstances, we ship Priority Mail (2-3 day service) using United States Postal Service (USPS). "Express" shipments are sent using UPS Ground or 3-Day service depending on customer location. UPS service includes tracking information, but these shipments may or may not arrive faster than Priority Mail. After your order is shipped, an email will be sent containing tracking information. Orders can be tracked at www.UPS.com. If you would like your order to be shipped 2-Day or Next Day, please contact us for rate information.
Fitting Shoes:
Pampo's now offers a new service for shoe fitting. You can email or fax us an outline of your foot and we will fit the shoe you order to the outline. Fax: (225) 927-0394. Be sure that the image you send in the email is the actual size of the outline you did of your foot. If it is not the exact same size on the computer as it is on the paper, we will not be able to fit the shoe correctly to the size of your foot. *This service can not be used to fit pointe shoes.
